Ylang Ylang: Regulates Qi and harmonise the Shen, promotes emotional stability and optimism. It lifts and revives, giving clarity and energy.

Sandalwood: Tonify the Yin, regulate Heart Qi, opens the diaphragm, calm the Shen.

Frankincense: Activate Qi, invigorate Blood and harmonise the Mind. Uplifting, restoring, centering. Opens diaphragm, frees the channels.

Lemon: Raise the clear Yang, resolve damp and strengthen the Shen. Stimulates the mind and promotes alertness and optimism, enhances discernment and foresight.

Lime: Regulate Qi, clear heat, harmonise the Mind, soothes the Liver and relaxes the muscles. Helps overcome stagnant energies, clear trapped emotions and thoughts.

Safflower Oil: As a carrier oil, is associated with the Heart and Liver meridians. It invigorates the blood, opens the channels, releases stagnation, and promotes circulation.

1-2 drops applied to an acupoint sequence, or gentle inhalation.

Before using a new essential oil, it is advisable to perform a skin patch test. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
