Blue Tansy, Jasmine, Neroli, Spruce, Cypress, infused into Organic Safflower Oil.

Blue Tansy: Activate the Qi, settle the Heart and calm the Shen, promotes emotional stability, flexibility and renewal.

Jasmine: Nourishes Kidney Yin, communicates Heart/Kidney, promotes comfort with self, clears Liver fire.

Neroli: Strengthens Lung and Spleen channels, clears Heart fire, calms Shen. Engenders calm, harmony and renewal.

Spruce: Tonify the Qi and Yang, and strengthen the Shen, promotes will power, courage, endurance, motivation and self-confidence.

Cypress: Tonify and activate Qi, invigorate Blood and strengthen the Mind. Helps balance and calm the nervous system, supporting nervous tension.

Safflower Oil: As a carrier oil, is associated with the Heart and Liver meridians. It invigorates the blood, opens the channels, releases stagnation, and promotes circulation.

1-2 drops applied to an acupoint sequence, or gentle inhalation.

Before using a new essential oil, it is advisable to perform a skin patch test. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
